Origin Story for my fellow muses + Elder Millennials
The Early Years (K-2)
Growing up, a surefire way to start a Supreme Court confirmation-worthy screaming match was to express horror or disgust at my Grandmother’s selection of Easter/First Day of School/Christmas dresses.
Now, some years were hit or miss- my Grandmother (a true angel who spoiled me rotten, though we both were button pushers and a wee bit stubborn- insert apple/tree analogy)
My beloved Grandmother selected some absolute bangers from:
Red Apple (Oakton Shopping Center/Off Chain-Bridge- if ya know, ya know)
Such as Monet's blotted pastel dress, which the record will show
I was initially wary of
After further inspection, I decided I liked the color arrangement (the hat not so much- significant cranium/curly hair problems)
And it came with a new purse! That would fit my Puppy Surprise litter seamlessly. JOY!
